Order confrimation emails not being delivered / blocked by spam filters

One of our client stores is not reciveing all of their order confrimation emails, some come through and soem don’t. Initialy this seemed to only affect longer order with more products listed. but we have had 2 in the last 24 hours which only had one product in the order and these emails were not received.

We have invetigated with our email service provider and they have traced the logs and found these emails are being blocked by spamcop.

I’ve reported to Shopify support but had no meaningfull respnse there so I’m recahoing out to the community to see if any one else is facing a simialr issue or has any thoughts on a solution here.

In my experience this is more related to your domain (or the domain the emails are coming from) than Shopify itself. Look into getting your domain ‘whitelisted’ with spam cop

We have inplace the valid dkim records as perscribed by Shopy and our domain carries a valid spf record dfor our email provider. I’m not sure what else we can do to vailidate these emails at a domain level?

As far as I’m aware there is no way to whitelist a domain with spamcop, happy to be proven wrong though if you have any suggestions.
