Order created automatically send to each vendor also

Hi!

I have several Vendors, so when i receive an email about a new order, i would like this email to be sent also to all the vendors which their products are included in the order.

For example:

A new order includes 1 product from Vendor 1 and 1 product from Vendor 2.

The order email will be sent to me (admin) and also to Vendors 1 and 2.

Could someone help with this? I tried Shopify’s automation but i don’t think it will work.

So there’s no solution available for this except from custom help or an app?

You can do something similar by adding locations for these vendors, assigning their products to those locations, and then using the assignedlocation value in Flow to filter the order’s line items into an “internal email” sent to the vendor. It’ll come from flow@shopify though, so be aware of that - maybe add a line in the email body that replies need to go to your@normal.email instead of just replying to the one received.
