I would really like to see Shopify add the option for me to mark an order as delivered in the mobile app. I would also love to be given an option for me to take a picture of the order so I can prove that it was delivered. Right now I add it to the timeline, but I would love for my customers to be able to see that as these are hand delivered orders.
Hey @shopifyuser123 Shopify native app doesn’t support the directly , but here is some option’s
Use a delivery Proof app ___install app like Orderproof , Easy Routes or Tracktor from Shopify app store that support photo proof of delivery
Manual workaround ___ Take Photo upload it as an order timeline note (which customer can’t see natively)
Custom Order Status Page ___ use apps like parcel panel or aftership to show a delivery Status to customer
and also if it is help full to you then don’t forget to like and mark as solution on it

This is a heavy local fulfillment flow request and there are a number of workarounds today. In the Shopify mobile app, you can mark the order as fulfilled or add a timeline comment and upload a photo for proof of delivery. Marking the order as delivered also aids for your own tracking. To expose this to customer, you can use a Shopify Flow automation or a notification app. Send an update when the tag is added. For complete proof of delivery visibility, apps such as Zapiet or other similar local delivery solutions already support photo capture and customer facing delivery confirmation.
