Order Distribution across multiple suppliers

Topic summary

Goal: evenly route orders for identical products across multiple suppliers so no single supplier sells out first.

Current setup: using the Syncio app to distribute orders; willing to consider other apps but prefers to keep using Syncio.

Desired behavior: alternate assignment (e.g., user 1’s order to supplier A, user 2’s order to supplier B) to balance order volume among distributors.

Request: seeking community experiences and app recommendations that enable balanced, per-order routing across suppliers.

Status: no solutions or app suggestions provided yet; discussion remains open.

I’m currently using Syncio to distribute orders across multiple suppliers. Important to note that I am open to using other apps to do this, but preferably stick with Syncio.

Each supplier can hold stock for the same products. My desired functionality is that when user 1 places an order, it goes to one supplier, user 2 places order it goes to another. This is so distributors get an even amount of orders, instead of distributor 1 selling through all the stock, then distributor 2 selling through all the stock etc.

Has anybody had this problem before, how did you fix it? What app did you use?
