When using the plain old order export, the order number shows up in the column “Name” and there is no customer name. This happens when using the two extract options including the spreadsheet option.
I also found someone ask this in 2023… has this still not been solved???
Tried getting support from Shopify ‘Support’ but they are completely useless, as is usually the case these days unlike when it was the support team in Ireland who would have been able to suggest a solution on first contact. Not keen on wasting another 90 mins with Shopify chat again with someone with inadequate product knowledge again.
