Order form for multiple products and variants

I would like to create an order form for adding multiple products and variants to the cart at once ( clothing store with each products having sizes as variants).

Each row should have the product name and then 4 quantity boxes on the same row for the variants Small, medium, large, Extra Large.

Once you have added the quantity you want for each variant then you add to cart.

The form should pull all products from a specified collection

Any help on this would be great.

Not following here, Shopify already lets you create variants within each product on their product template.

I would like an order form on a page that you can buy all the variants of multiple products as once.

Small Medium Large X Large
Product A
Product B
Product C

In the blank boxes you would be able to enter the quantities that you want for each product/size and then submit the form to add to cart

Gotcha, this will definitely need to be customized. It isn’t a “change” per se where someone can help you fix a problem. Rather it needs to be created and looks like a large addition.

I think you can follow this tutorial to create an order form. This tutorial teaches you how to create an alternate template for a product. It should be ok for your scenario.

You can also check the demo page set up by Shopify staff. Just slightly change the format and you’re almost done.
