We’ve had an order from the Falklands Islands that is adding an extra £30 to the order. The total price should be £96, but when they enter their address, it adds £30 to the item price total. They use a Falkland Island pound, equally equivalent to GBP, and I don’t think they have any VAT, so what is going wrong?

Thanks for posting the question here, in the Community! Shopify Support Members and Shopify Partners, like me, need to investigate this further in order to detect the issue. Can you share more details about the set up you’ve performed for international selling?
hi, turns out ‘round up when you let customers buy in their own currency’ was on under Markets/Preferences, which was causing the majority of the problem. It’s still adding a few pence extra per item which I can’t track down the cause of but it’s a lot less than rounding up to the nearest 0.
