We currently use shipstation to print labels and send out customer tracking information emails. However I am looking for an app that can do this and also make reports on orders that are delivered late.
Fedex and UPS finally reinstated their money back guarantee and we need an easy way to print out a list of all the delayed tracking numbers.
Any help?
