Basically got 2 orders today on my shopify store, and they are both paid for.
But I cant payout the money or do anything with it.. It says that the money is pending when I got to the transactions list, but when I go to “Orders” it says that the transaction is Paid.
How can I payout my funds?

If so, I recommend checking out our Getting Paid with Shopify Payments documentation as it outlines the various payments that will be received through Shopify Payouts, as well as the payout schedule. To provide some context, the Pay Period is the amount of time between the day a customer places an order on your stop, and the day the funds from that order are sent to your bank account. This period will depend on the country your shop is based in. For example, shops within the United States are expected to receive payouts every 2 business days.
If the pay period based on your country has elapsed, I recommend Contacting Support to allow for further investigation.
