Please see attached picture - my analytics exported via APIs and calculated with 3rd party software show I have 65 unfulfilled orders, which is correct. Exporting your orders however are showing a return as an unfulfilled order - even though it is marked as fulfilled. This is evident in your menu notification count next to “orders” - it is calculating a returned item (still marked as fulfilled) as an unfulfilled order. You can see this as the row order number is highlighted like the other unfulfilled order. (attached pics) - it shows 66 when I actually have 65.
I do apologize but I will need some clarification on the situation. I understand you mention a returned order is displaying as unfulfilled when exporting your orders. However, in the screenshot you provided it states fulfilled. Can you provide the screenshot where the returned order is marked as unfulfilled?
The second screenshot you provided is not ‘unfulfilled’ orders but ‘open’ orders. This can be a combination of fulfilled and unfulfilled orders if an order is not archived. I hope that makes sense!
