HI! we have wholesale orders that come from Joor into Shopify that I manually mark as paid. The order is then sent to our 3PL (One World Direct) normally within an hour. I have an order that has not been sent and cannot figure out why? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are there any other differences with this specific order compared to other orders? You could also check the Shopify admin panel for any error messages related to the order or the fulfillment. You should also check the 3PL provider’s system for any error messages related to the order or the fulfillment.
