I still haven’t received the order. I attempted to contact the seller numerous times with no response.

If there’s any concerns you have regarding any Shopify store you placed an order on then it’s always better to report that Shopify Merchant so according to that Shopify can take an action. You can report by just simply Clicking Here

Welcome to the community, but sorry to hear about one more scam.

And I think it is a scam, mostly because of unrealistic prices.
That clearsweep is $30 on discount but even on Aliexpress, with the current big sale is just about $43 but similar items are from $60 to $120.
nd that “Rebound ace” is $37 but actual price is around $150. And images could be AI edited/Photoshopped, but think they did not change text in the white ribbon part “netplayz”.

Other things:

  • Domain name says just 18 days old, maybe it’s an error, because you say the order is from end of August.
  • But other domin haven of magnolia is registered in the middle of August so it could be that one. Strange that someone has an email from another domain in the footer
  • Use of the Shrine pro theme, loved by scammers.
  • Address in privacy policy looks like a big apartment building, so a bit suspicious, but yeah, possible.
  • Free worldwide shipping for a 32 lbs item that costs $37

So, like Moed said report it , as an issue with an order, but also can be under Fraud.

Advice: be more careful, especially now with holidays, Black Friday, and New Year deals. There will be a lot of fake/scam stores.

I reported it a few days ago. I hope Shopify will take them down.

The money is not a huge issue.
