Customers can store a desired delivery date in the checkout of our store. Currently, we only see the info in the backend of the order itself. But we’d like to have this info also in the overview e.g. by adding a tag. Is there any possibilty to add a tag?
Furthermore we’d like to be able to block days in the calendar for bank holidays or vacations in general, where no delivery will be taken place. Where can these setting be found?

@FritziFrisch um bestimmte Tage zu blockieren, müsstest du in die App schauen, welche die Kalenderfunktion /Buchungsfunktion anbietet. Darin kann man in der Regel bestimmte Tage ausschließen.
Welchen Shopify Plan verwendet Ihr denn gerade?
Im Shopify & Advanced kann man nämlich die App Flow kostenfrei nutzen. Diese erlaubt es, bestimmte Schritte automatisch auszuführen. In eurem Fall könnte sie nach einer Bestellung, der Bestellung ein TAG zuweisen.
Andernfalls wäre Mechanic, Order Tagger noch Optionen für solche automatisierten Schritte.
