Order paid with PayPal not showing in the total orders

Hello, yesterday I received a purchase paid via PayPal, and today another one paid through Shopify Payments. Both orders show as “Paid” and “Fulfilled” in the Orders section, but in the top bar where the total number of orders for the last 7 days is displayed, only the Shopify Payments order appears. The PayPal order is not included in that total.

What could be causing this? How can I ensure that all orders, regardless of payment method, are reflected in that total?

I’d really appreciate any help. Thank you!

Sounds like Shopify’s order analytics might not be updating correctly or filtering PayPal transactions differently.

So you should check the date range settings, ensure your dashboard’s date range includes both orders. Sometimes, the filters reset without notice.
