I am still using Order Printer (Legacy) App for printing my invoices. For the past 2 months, it is printing the 2nd Product Image on my Invoices instead of my main product image. It is showing correctly on my order page but when I use the Order Printer App, it automatically prints whatever the second image is on the invoice. I don’t want to switch to the new Order Printer because of the bad reviews so I’m hoping to stick it out with the Legacy App. Any suggestions? Thanks!
It sounds like the Order Printer (Legacy) app is pulling the wrong image due to how product images are structured in Shopify. First, check your product listing in Shopify and ensure the main image is set as the first image, as the app might be pulling images based on order. If you have access to the Liquid template code, look for line_item.product.images[1] and replace it with line_item.product.featured_image to ensure it pulls the correct image. You can also try using product.media instead of product.images, as Shopify has updated its media handling. If the issue persists, contacting Shopify Support may help, as this change could be due to a recent update
