When attempting to print multiple orders in Google Chrome via the Shopify Order Printer app (Orders → select the orders → More Actions → Apps/Print With Order Printer), the app briefly takes us to a familiar page that would allow us to print the orders, however then the page flickers multiple times and takes us to the Order Printer App page (https://.myshopify.com/admin/apps/order-printer//orders/) and displays a list of orders. This behavior appears to have started this morning. This is happening to multiple of our users. We have tried the following:
- Clearing all of the browser’s caches
- Restarting the computers
- Logging out of Shopify and logging back in again
- Using Firefox
