This is a problem that had just now popped up. My apologies for not
stating that in the first post.

I have an Amazon department that orders hundreds of items weekly and I was
told later yesterday afternoon he could not place an order for more than
the 24 it stated.

Does this change any of your responses?

Hi,

You may have an ‘add to cart limit’ set. Check in Settings > Cart > Add-to-cart limit.
