For some reason customers are not allowed to order anything over 24 even if I have thousand of the item in inventory. It states "only 24 items were added to your car due to availability. I have also tried a few different products and different variants with no luck. What is preventing this? I have a customer that needs to order and cannot.

This is a problem that had just now popped up. My apologies for not
stating that in the first post.

I have an Amazon department that orders hundreds of items weekly and I was
told later yesterday afternoon he could not place an order for more than
the 24 it stated.

Does this change any of your responses?

Hi,

You may have an ‘add to cart limit’ set. Check in Settings > Cart > Add-to-cart limit.
