Is there any way to make the order page default to unfulfilled instead of all? I realize that it’s just a click to change, but I would rather not see all the orders that are already completed. I only want to see the orders that need my attention.

You can bookmark the Unfulfilled view:

Basically, copy the URL and bookmark it (put it on your bookmarks bar as “Unfullfilled Orders”).

Open your browser and go to unfulfilled orders from that bookmark.
Sadly, this is the only option available right now.
