Order suspect - Charged price is not in line with product price. No discount code used

Someone just ordered a product on our site but the price charged is incorrect. The product price is different from the actual charged price. No discount code has been applied. How can I check why this is happening?

Hi there, we saw this recently with another client of ours. Was the buyer from another market (Shopify market)? In our clients case they were selling from Canada, but had a US buyer who was able to purchase a product at significantly lower a price than the CAD to US conversion. No discount was used.

We cannot replicate it but are interested to hear/see what is going on with your site.

@MAYUEU You might need to contact @Shopify_77 support for this.

I found out what the problem is. I changed the setting to include tax which resulted in Shopify withholding / deducting the tax from the paid price. When this settjng was switched off all was well again
