I did check with the store but they say they have not received my order but I have the order number but they can’t track that order number

And it looks like I suspected that it was most likely a fake store that tried to use a well-known brand.
From your order number #1001, it looks like the first order in the store. You have most likely seen some discounts on social media, good discounts.
The real store is https://decofurnsa.co.za/ and that domain is 13 and a half years old. The one you posted is just 12 days old. And you see it is a different theme but the same hero banner.
Try to contact your bank and say it is a fraud maybe they could stop the transaction and you get your money back. But it is a long shot. Also, you can and should report a merchant https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant under issue with an order or under Fraud.
