You did not give many details like what shop it is, its link and what you have actually ordered but in any case you can and should report a merchant on

Issue with a order, and Shopify will investigate.
Hello there @Rin2deori have you been able to make an official complaint to Shopify yet? If you haven’t, you need to do so with all the relevant details including receipts and interactions through the Shopify support system.
The item was wireless Android adapter from otttcarcast. They have send me a

I am just guessing it is ottcarcast.in as that store is now closed. And probably they steel data from ottocast.com.
So they repeat the scam probably all the time.
Not sure if you can get any info from the package and delivery service but they must have covered their tracks. It is a shame how some people live by scamming others.
