It is submitted that, I have Shopify store and 1x order placed amount paid, order is also delivered, but after 2x weeks payment is still pending in my store, please help me out to resolve this issue.

tell me something about this, first they charge monthly for support for not, 2nd any app I have to install for this, 3rd if any app then what is the name of app
What payment method are you using? Go there and capture payment from there. and if it’s not an issue with the payment gateway you may have an issue with payout in your store.
PayPal payment method is used, payment is already captured, there is an other issue with PayPal account that PayPal account is created on other person’s email and bank account. 2ndly PayPal business account created the same day when order is placed,
If you use PayPal then payment goes to PayPal directly when someone purchases or can you share the screenshot of payment if it’s on a payout date?
