I’m using Aftership to overview and track orders, but it only starts tracking from the moment an order is fulfilled. However, I would like to have a system in place that enables me to track orders from the moment a customer creates an order until the moment it is delivered, that takes into consideration the lead time as we are committed to X business day from the moment an order is placed.
My goal is to have the same dashboard as Aftership, only with the order created date as the starting date.
Are you looking to build this solution as an app yourself, or would you like to install an existing app that will give you these insights into orders? If you’re looking to build it yourself, you’ll likely be using the GraphQL Admin API, and more specifically the order resource so you can track activity from this point to shipping and fulfilment.
