how can I get a list of fullfilments orders updated or cancelled..

I imported the fullfilment orders usinf REST into my system but I wantt to know if some of those orders are updated in shopify, so I can updated the orders in my system..

or what is the process in this scenerio??

You would want to set up some webhooks for update events. This sends data to your app. You can read more about how they were here: https://shopify.dev/apps/webhooks
