Orders not synching to Stock & Buy (Qoblex) - API issue

Hi,

Our shopify website stopped synching orders over to Stock & Buy yesterday. I tried disconnecting the site and reconnecting it, but no change. It’s definitley an API issue, but our other shopify site is synching perfectly. Why has this one stopped synching?
