We use Shopify POS to sell products at trade shows, and typically sell bundles instead of individual SKU’s. Most of these orders are Cash and Carry, while some are marked as Ship To Customer. We’ve noticed that the “Cash and Carry” orders that are paid in cash at the show import into our 3PL warehouse (the API we use is Extensify), while 'Cash and Carry" orders for the same bundle SKU paid for with a credit card do not import to the 3PL (which is what is supposed to happen).
The first screen shots show an order that was paid for with a credit card and shows that the items that are in the bundle were fulfilled, and that the bundle SKU was fulfilled.
The next two screen shots show a transaction for the same product on the same day, but paid for in cash via Shopify POS and in this case, the bundle SKU properly marked as fulfilled, but the items in the bundle were not marked as fulfilled and transmitted over to the 3PL as as order to be fulfilled.
Any ideas why this could be happening? Thanks for any advice!
