I raised the following directly with Shopify Support and they asked me to post here as “I’m not sure why out of nowhere the notifications are not being triggered, I’ve looked through API updates and I cannot find what would have caused the sudden change.”
We’re seeing an issue where customers are not receiving email order confirmations. What’s most odd is that this is just for orders via our mobile app (ios sdk).
Orders via the web store are working just fine. We’ve not changed anything but in the last 2 weeks, email notifications have just stopped via ios.
Can anyone help me get to the bottom of this?
