Hi all,
Recently I have received some orders that have REDACTED information such as email, address etc. Sometimes these orders shows up in my shipping tool Shipstation, sometimes they don’t show up. and sometimes customer do not receive any confirmation email either. order will show like this:

Also I would see this: “Confirmation #REDACTED was generated for this order.”
When the order do make it into Shipstation, the address will appear to be normal and complete, so I could ship it.
Has anyone seen this before? How do I reach out to shopify seller support to inquire about this? Thanks
