Origin Theme-'Image with Text' and 'Slideshow'

Hello,

I’m using the Origin theme, and I can’t figure out how to use the ‘Image with Text’ and ‘Slideshow’ Sections.

What image size is best for these sections?

Everything I try to put in there just gets zoomed in and weird.
