We had a really great streak going and nothing changed on our end that should affect customers from completing their purchase. Nov 1-9 we had a 2.6% conversion rate. Nov 10-11 it dropped to .6%. It’s very odd, I am thinking something is going on while checking out (slow?, hang?) Not sure but I haven’t been able to recreate anything on my end. www.repprovisions.com If anyone has any insight or ideas on what may be causing them to bail right before purchase that would be super helpful. It’s not a long-term CRO thing, I feel like there is something technical happening.

One small thing which could be a little annoying for first time customers is you promote a 15% discount for signing up for your newsletter (which is great). However when you get the welcome email you’re only offering a 10% discount code.
Did anything change there over the past few days?
