Hi, I need some help. Our shop has been having constant issues with discount codes. Some subscribed users can use it and some customers cannot - it gives them “This discount is not avaibale for you right now”. Everything on our end seems to right - I have spoken to a live chat person from Shopify that has tested our discount codes and it is working fine. We cannot seem to figure out what the issue is. We have told our customers to wait a day to try…this has worked for some people, but this isn’t a solution to solving this issue. We have told customers to make sure that their browser members them when they get on the website. We have asked users to send us a screenshot but everything they have done is correct based of who can receive the discount.
Automatic discount works fine. Anything with codes seems to always be an issue.
We need some help!
