This morning we can’t get into our store, i’ve been clicking around Shopify support and can’t seem to find how to contact them, appart from support topice, is it just me .. . - can anyone please advise where and how i can get a support ticket raised

Please follow these steps to contact Shopify Support:
Go to Help Center and log in to your store.
Select a topic from the ones provided:
On the following page, select a sub-topic (the sub-topic options will differ based on the initial topic you’ve selected):
After choosing a sub-topic, scroll down to the very bottom of the page where you’ll see our available support options under Get Support:

I think the lack of reply’s says it all, i think it’s time to reconsider using shopify myself. I can’t stand companies that treat customers with such contempt in a bid to save costs. In stressful times of trouble people want bloody help not aggravating more being given a bloody useless self-help run-around
