"Out of stock" mobile position changes

How do i change the position of my “out of stock” badge on MOBILE without effecting desktop position? Please can someone help me.

  1. Go to your Online store > Themes > Edit code
  2. Open your theme.liquid file
  3. Paste the below code before

I found body and pasted code before it but it dosent seem to make any changes
