Out of stock variants do not show

Hello. In my store preview, it shows that when I select an out of stock variant, it shows unavailable. But when I go to my real live page, it doesn’t even give the OOS options on the dropdown menu. I need them there so people can sign-up for email restock notifications, how do I fix this?
