Yeeesh, the feedback forum is filled with bad expectations.
Temper expectations, especially when your asking for others time for free.
It’s an ecommerce drepshiping store not a legal guarantee.

Dig through that till your sick of it and get some higher self awareness out of it.
You’ve been on the internet, you’ve seen websites, you’ve avoided websites that are bad and also likely ones that look just like yours: figure out why === money.

Ecomm Design feedback 101

Design rules - Dont insist on yourself & have some confidence & prioritize ONE thing at time.

Get rid of the scrolling announcement bar, choose ONE message that actually matters.

Design rules - show a product LINK to a product & don’t make customers digs.

Fix the hero image to have a link/button to the product shown, or scroll to it’s video section, or if linked to a collection it needs to be a collection where that product is in the first ~2 rows of product cards

The usual:
Why would anyone want to buy from your site when products are available elsewhere?
Either good value (I have no idea about that) or trust.

Unfortunately, your site does not instil any trust at all.

There is absolutely no contact methods except the contact form. You have e-mail (only!) in Terms and Conditions and even there it’s at outlook.com
No address, no business info. No phone. Even what country you’re selling in…

Shipping policy/info – what’s that?

Design wise – your footer needs work. About / Help / Connect.. – none of them are links.
If you have access to wide monitor – check you pages on that:

Understood. Less UI busy work, more business logic. I’m hitting the Shopify Community links now to audit my own site against the bad examples. Thanks for the design 101 tips—already implementing them.

Thanks you so much for your feedback and your time.

Wish ya luck. There are 8 billion people on this planet and 7 million dropshipping websites, that’s a ratio of 1 dropshipper for every thousand people. To put this into perspective, dropshipping stores are 175 times more common than McDonalds….
