I have had over 2k sessions and no sales on my store despite people reaching the checkout, Could i have some feedback on my store so i can see why this is the case?

Thank you for your reply, i have been driving the majority of my traffick
from tik tok ads. I did make some test purchases and everything seemed to
be in order but i did have a few messages from customers asking how they
can place an order so i am a bit confused as to wether it was my store or
the quality of my traffick. Any idea how i can narrow down which one it is?
