Hi @Tekki ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I’m Lindsey from BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals..
I understand that you are having trouble finding the reason why your store does not convert to sales. After browsing your website, I think the reason behind this is because your store does not look professional enough, and does not have any attractive touchpoints to make visitors interested in exploring and buying stuffs I would like to offer some suggestions to enhance its professionalism and overall user experience. Normally, a well-structured website will contain these pages:
1. Homepage
A beautiful homepage is crucial as it serves as the first impression of your brand, capturing visitors’ attention and encouraging them to explore your site further. Currently, your website is completely missing this important page. I suggest you to design and add a homepage (at least with these sections) to your website:
- Introduction: A compelling homepage with a clear introduction to your brand and products. This should include a hero image or slider showcasing your top products or latest promotions.
- Navigation Bar: Ensure the navigation bar is prominently placed, with links to all main sections of the site.
- Call to Action: Use clear call-to-action (CTA) buttons like “Shop Now,” “Learn More,” or “Browse Collections” to guide visitors.
2. Collection page and Product page
These 2 pages are currently your website’s default page. As I see here, you are selling only 2 products on your store. Having only limited products in a collection can pose several issues for an online store, including:
- Limited Appeal: A limited selection might not cater to the diverse needs and preferences of potential customers, reducing the likelihood of repeat visits and purchases.
- Perceived Lack of Variety: Customers might perceive the store as lacking variety, which can deter them from browsing or considering the store for future purchases.
- Reduced Credibility: A sparse product offering can make the store appear less established or professional, potentially undermining customer trust.
- Challenges in Marketing: With fewer products, it can be challenging to create engaging and varied marketing campaigns, limiting the store’s ability to attract and retain customers.
- Lower Average Order Value: With fewer products available, customers have fewer options to add to their cart, which can result in a lower average order value and potentially decreased revenue.
That’s the reason why I suggest you to expand the product range on your website, as it offers customers more choices, enhances the store’s credibility, and provides more opportunities for effective marketing and sales.
3. About Us Page
- Brand Story: Share the story behind your brand, your mission, vision, and values. This helps build a connection with your customers.
- Team Introduction: Introduce your team members to give a personal touch and build trust (optional).
4. Contact Us Page
I’ll not go in details about this page because you already have it on your website.
5. FAQ Page
- Common Questions: Address common questions and concerns to provide quick answers and reduce customer inquiries.
- Policies: Include information on shipping, returns, exchanges, and warranties.
6. Customer Support
I see that you already provided the live chat and help center sections on your website. That’s great!
7. Mobile Optimization
- Responsive Design: Ensure your website is mobile-friendly and offers a seamless experience across all devices.
- Fast Loading Times: Optimize images and other elements to ensure fast loading times, which is crucial for retaining visitors.
To conclude, as per checking here, I think your website is missing some crucial pages that a well-structured website should have. This may be one of the reasons why it cannot convert visitors into sales. I highly recommend you re-design your website to ensure it is polished and fully optimized before increasing visitor traffic.
