If anyone can guide us to a solution, it would be wonderful.

Hi there @JH_TECH !

Thanks for sharing your query with us here in the Shopify Community.

Would you be happy to share a link to your store with us here so I can check this out directly?

If you could also confirm whether you’re using any apps that would affect this (menu apps especially) or if you have made any edits to your theme’s code, this will help us to determine what might be happening here and help you out.

I look forward to investigating this with you!

Regards,

Don

No issue found my pc

Hi again @JH_TECH !

My apologies!

I didn’t spot that you had already shared your store in the post topic, my mistake!

I’ve also had a look at your store on my desktop device, and the menu items are showing (and linking) correctly for me.

Could you confirm the info I requested above, and let me know about the device and browser you’re using there when you do encounter this issue?

This should help us to narrow down the possible root causes and attempt to replicate this behaviour.

Regards,

Don

Hey @Don !
It’s on the title :slightly_smiling_face:

we have added the following code:

theme.scss.liquid:

/============================================================================
Sticky Menu
==============================================================================
/
@media only screen and (min-width: 767px)
{.sticky-nav nav#navBar {position: fixed;top: 0;bottom: auto;z-index: 5;}}

@dmwwebartisan & @Don

t’s replicable if you scroll just enough for letters of the collections that are previewed on the home page to be beneath the menu

@Don

Have you seen our answer? Looking forward to your answer!

Hi again, @JH_TECH !

Thanks for sharing that info on how to replicate this behaviour and for confirming the CSS styling code you had added here.

Our first advice would have to be to remove this added code first, to see if this will revert what we see happening here.

Are you happy to go ahead and remove the added CSS coding you mentioned here?

We can then check your store out again to see if this has resolved the issue.

I look forward to checking this out with you again!

Regards,

Don

@Don

Hey Don, we do not want to do that, it’ll cause the menu to become normal and not sticky.

@JH_TECH

Please share store URL!

Thanks!

Hey, @dmwwebartisan it’s on the title and in the comments!
