I’m selling on Shopify and a couple of other channels and no matter how careful we are overselling still happens. It usually shows up during busy days or sales and it’s frustrating to deal with customers afterward.
Need an app suggestion that syncs inventory across shopify+amazon+ebay and gives low stock alerts.

For inventory sync, I would personally recommend you to use LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +. I have tried many apps and honestly I think they offer the best syncing system ever and they support a lot of sales channel as well so do give it a try.

If Shopify is your source of truth and you’re just syncing to Amazon or eBay, solve alerts on the Shopify side first. Trying to manage stock alerts across multiple channels gets messy fast. On higher plans, Shopify Flow can handle basic low-stock alerts. Just trigger when inventory drops below a threshold. For something more purpose-built, apps like Orlio or Stocky cover low-stock alerts and give more control than Flow alone. Best of luck!

You can sync inventory from multiple stores, channels, store locations, warehouses, provides low stock alerts, inventory planning, reporting and many other features.
