You can edit the packing slips under the shipping and delivery settings directly from your admin. However, it’s important to note that basic coding will be involved in order for you to make changes to the packing slip or any other templates in the notifications settings (eg. order confirmation, order refund, etc.). On that note, you can also consider using something like Order Printer (free) to create customized packing slips as well as customized invoices.
If you need help with customizing the packing slip, then this is something that we can help you with as well. That being said, in order to be eligible for the complimentary design time included with our design policy, your store would need to be subscribed to a plan. While we’re not able to provide that level of account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we’d be happy to assist you with a customization request through live chat, email, or callback. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
