Hi everyone, I am having issues with some specific products when creating an order and then printing the packing slip. Basically, the packing slip changes the product for another one. This change is subtle, and it changes for a variation of the product available in the store. For example: I select a Drywall 5/8"x4’x9’, and it changes to a Drywall 5/8"x4’x8’ (But if the 5/8"x4’x8’ is selected, the packing slip does not change it to an 9’, just the 9’), and this happens with other specific products, but not all of them. I already tried adding different SKUs, changing the name (to sometihng non related, like: “flower” or “1A”), checking the packing slip template, and nothing.
Does anyone know what is happening and how to solve it?

This is something new, a couple weeks ago everything was showing up correctly on the packaging slip.

Sadly no, I haven’t found a way to solve this.
I texted the Shopify support and they didn’t know either, they escalated my case to another department to see if they can help me.
I will let you know what they say.
Quick update: it seems that the packing slip was using the translated name in English instead of the original name in French. The translation app did not do a good job with certain products. Basically the products were correct on the packing slip, but with the wrong translations.
I am currently waiting to receive an answer to see if I can change the packing slip to select the name in French rather than the English translation.
Yes! Its because of the translations.
I deleted all the translation apps I had since I noticed it started
printing in english. It shows the right picture but the rest still prints
wrong and I need the original in spanish. Still havent figured it out. Ill
try later today and will let you know if I get it right.
