Page is redirecting to an unsupporting url

Dear Shopify community,

I started a store on Shopify with basic plan. while setting my store in theme section when i try to customize my home page and click customize button it doesn’t open instead i get a message on my screen that:

The page is not compatible with the editor due to one of the following reason

• Page is redirecting to an supporting URL

• Page failed to load due to an error.

Note that i am not a developer and dont know anything about coding and designing. I am just a beginner and started basic online store on shopify but stuck here. I tried to find the solution everywhere but couldn’t so please help me from here that how can i get rid of this troubleshooting and move forward.

Can you share the screenshot of your problem and also share your store URL?

here is the screen shot of my sotre and the error is mentioned on it. waiting for your guidance because i am stuck here fro days and cant do any further progress.

This error tends to be related to an app you have installed! Do you have the Geolocation app by chance?

Please check the list of apps you have recently installed and deactivate them to see which one is causing the conflict.
