page metafields on a page template for tabs

I want to create a product page template that uses tabs. One tab I want to populate the product specifications that would be dynamic for each product. I’m not sure the best way to do this.

I want the specification to be laid out like this:

The above is a page I created for a specific product that is using a template with each section as an item in a multi-column.

Each item is populated from metafields created on the page.

if I only want a page this displays fine. But I was trying to populate the tab on the overall product template and it’s not populating.

What am I doing wrong, or what can I do to achieve the end result (below)

Really sorry but it’s actually a bit tough to get a grasp fom the explanation. Overall I understand what you are trying to achieve but it’s hard to tell what you must be doing wrong for this to not work.

For page you must be using page metafields may be, for populating stuffs on the pdp page you might want to create product metafields assuming you might be doing this mistake of trying to populate it with page metafields.
