My team is having issues with our checkout button. When some customers go to check out the page just keeps loading. I have hired someone to look at my code, changed the theme and the issue is still occurring. This has been going on for 2 weeks and we are beginning to worry that it is a Shopify problem. This is costing us sales because out customers can not check out.
Please HELP! I would appreciate help on this matter, so we can see sales again.

Hi Summer I have already put in a request and chatted with someone that stated that it was the browser. I know that there is something more serious in the coding or something wrong because this should not be happening. Is there someone from the shopify experts or your team that can access my site to help me?
