Page showing No products found Use fewer filters

Hi guys,

I just opened my shop and attempted to create a new page. However, when I open to view the live page I get the message “No products found Use fewer filters or clear all”. Once I click clear all my products show up. How do I fix this as potential customers would land on an empty page? Thanks a lot

Hi there,

I think its because on the navigation item you have selected multiple tags, so it tries to filter on those tags.
If you go to Navigation and remove them it should work fine.

I was facing the same issue, I was selected the sales channel. kindly remove the sales channel from the products. your issue will be resolved. thanks

So guess what I figured it out.

Basically what you have to do is click on online store

  • than there is a tab called navigation

  • there is than menu items

  • select the one you are having problems with and than third tab says filter make sure to clear out all of those tags and keep only one tag.

And that’s it :slightly_smiling_face:
