How can i block the editing to the smartphone breakpoint only?
And how can i move the elements in the page? For example an Heading in the superior part of the page

About the first concern, kindly be informed that if you edit your pages on Mobile view in PageFly editor, it will not affect the layout of the pages on other devices. While you are building your pages, it is recommended that you use Device Sensitivity function to set parameter values for specific screen such as laptop, mobile and tablet. Besides, you could refer to this manual to make your page responsive on mobile.
About the second one, you can use Move feature to move elements on your page, for more details, you can check this manual.
