The biggest issue here is your Javascript files.
The first thing to do would to be remove any apps you don’t need. Then remove any external Javascript Libraries e.g jQuery and see if you can use plain vanilla Javascript to perform the same functionality. Shopify really pushes this as a best practice now and you can see how it is done in our theme.
