Paid order import from other platform, but the paid amount is 0!!

Hi there, I imported an order from other platform, this order had been paid, how can I change the Paid to the total amount other than 0?

I don’t believe you can change the ‘paid’ amount, after you’ve imported the order. It looks like you imported the order incorrectly, so you’d want to delete the order, and then re-import it properly, so that the paid amount is correct.

There are a number of migration services - and Shopify Partners who specialize in migrations - who/which can help with this, if needed.
