Hi. I have setup the mega menu and submenu for our shop using Palo Alto (see left side of the attached image). But nothing is showing up on our preview and live site. I’m not an expert in shopify and I’d really appreciate if somebody could point me to the right direction. Thanks so much!

Hi @marie03 , The theme “Palo Alto” is premium theme. The feature must be included in it. In order to investigate further access to the store is required. Can’t say what’s wrong without having look at the theme.

Hi, thanks for answering. The Palo Alto theme we have is not updated because it was installed by a previous designer. I really have no idea what to do. Would it be okay if I sent you a collaborator code to look at it?
