We have placed the right CSS to work on mobile version of the website. However, for some reason it only works on Android devices. But does not support IOS devices. Can anyone help. Here is the preview link. https://g9fgqvsus4gos68d-8663203921.shopifypreview.com/

I took a look at the preview you linked on my IOS iPhone device to see and it seemed to work ok with no issues. You can see a screenshot of it below:
I’m wondering because of this if it is a device or cache issue. Have you tried it on multiple IOS devices or just one? If it’s only one, I would recommend trying it on a few to make sure. I would also recommend clearing your device cache and trying it then too.
If all that fails to help, I would then suggest reaching out to the developers of the Parallax theme as it’s a third party theme and not developed by Shopify. The developers are called Out of the Sandbox and you can reach their support directly here. Because they developed the theme, they would know best as to why this could be happening.
